Fred Woods                                                                  

President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Woods has been Chairman since May 2007 and President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Midnight or its predecessor since July 2000.  From March 1997 to May 2000, Mr. Woods was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ulster Petroleums Ltd. (an intermediate oil and gas company). Prior thereto Mr. Woods was Executive Vice President of Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Judy Stripling

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Stripling is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Midnight.  Ms. Stripling was appointed Executive Vice President of Midnight in June 2006.  Prior thereto, Ms. Stripling was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial officer of Midnight or its predecessor since July 2000.  Prior to July 2000, Ms. Stripling was Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Dale A. Miller

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Miller is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Midnight since November 2009. Prior thereto, Mr. Miller was Vice President, Operations and Engineering with Gibraltar Exploration Ltd., a private exploration and production oil and gas company, from 2003 until its sale to Crescent Point Energy Corp. in July 2009. From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Miller held various senior positions at Penn West petroleum Ltd. with the most recent position of Vice President, Operations and Engineering which he held for four years. Prior thereto, Mr. Miller was Senior Production Engineer at Opinac Exploration Ltd., a private exploration and production oil and gas company, until its sale to Tarragon Oil and Gas Limited in 1993. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Miller held various engineering positions with Mobil Oil Canada Ltd. and Alberta Energy Company Ltd.

Chad Kalmakoff

Vice President, Finance 

Mr. Kalmakoff has been Vice President, Finance of Midnight since June 2006.  Prior thereto, Mr. Kalmakoff was Financial Controller of Daylight Energy Trust or its predecessor since June 2003.  Prior thereto, Mr. Kalmakoff held various positions with KPMG LLP.

Tom Moslow

Senior Vice President, Exploration

Dr. Moslow is Senior Vice President, Exploration of Midnight and was appointed to this office in June 2006.  Prior thereto, Dr. Moslow was Vice President, Exploration of Midnight or its predecessor since July 2000.  Prior to July 2000, Dr. Moslow was Vice President of New Ventures and Technology at Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Peter O'Leary                               

Vice President, Geology

Mr. O'Leary is Vice President, Geology of Midnight and was appointed to this office in June 2006.  Prior thereto, Mr. O'Leary was Exploration Manger, PRA/Deep Basin of Daylight Energy Trust or its predecessor since February 2003.  Prior thereto, Mr. O'Leary was Exploration Manager of the Peace River Arch District at Devon Canada Corporation.  Prior thereto, Mr. O'Leary worked with many of the Midnight team at the former Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

E. Martin Saizew                                                            

Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Saizew is Vice President, Engineering of Midnight and was appointed to this office in June 2006.  Prior thereto, Mr. Saizew was Exploitation Manager, PRA & Foothills of Daylight Energy Trust or its predecessor since May 2003.  Prior thereto, Mr. Saizew was Senior Exploitation Engineer at Pengrowth Energy Trust.  Prior thereto, Mr. Saizew worked with many of the Midnight team at the former Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Andy Weldon                                                     

Vice President, Business Development

Mr. Weldon is Vice President, Business Development of Midnight and was appointed to this office in June 2006.  Prior thereto, Mr. Weldon was Vice President, Land of Midnight since February 2002.  From March 1998 to January 2001, Mr. Weldon was Vice-President, Land at Startech Energy Inc. (an intermediate publicly traded oil and gas company).

Chris von Vegesack                                                              

Corporate Secretary

Partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP

Mr. Vegesack has been a partner at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP, a Calgary based law firm, since 1986.  Mr. Vegesack specializes in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.  Mr. Vegesack has been the Corporate Secretary of Midnight or its predecessor since July, 2000.

Anthony Lambert has been President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Daylight Energy Ltd. or its predecessors since December 2004. On August 3, 2005 he resigned as Vice President, Operations, and Chief Operating Officer of Midnight. Mr. Lambert has been a Director of Midnight or its predecessor since July 2000. From August 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Lambert was the Vice President, Operations of Ulster Petroleums Ltd. Mr. Lambert also sits on the board of Daylight Resources Trust.

Peter Harrison is Manager, Common Stocks (North American) for CN Investments since August 2009. Previously, Mr. Harrison was Senior Vice President of Montrusco Bolton Investments Inc. (Montreal) , where he managed that firm’s Canadian Equity portfolios. Mr. Harrison has significant financial experience making investments which involve extensive analysis of financial statements. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University, an MBA from the University of Western Ontario, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Mr. Harrison also sits on the board of Freehold Royalty Trust.

 

Jay Squiers

Mr. Squiers is a Senior Vice President of CSG Investments, an investment arm of Beal Bank since January 2009. Previously, Mr. Squiers was a Principal of American Capital in the Dallas based Energy Group starting in October 2007 and prior to this Mr. Squiers was a Managing Director of Fortress Investment Group, LLC, an investment and asset management firm. From August 2002 until July 2005, he was a Senior Vice President of Prudential Capital Group, a private capital lender. Mr. Squiers began his career at Prudential Capital Group in 1991. Mr. Squiers earned a JD with Honours from the University of Texas School of Law at Austin and an Bachelor of Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and he is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Robert Zakresky

Mr. Zakresky is the President, CEO and a Director of Crocotta Energy Inc. and previously held the positions of President, CEO and director of Bellator Exploration Inc., Viracocha Energy Inc., Chamaelo Energy Inc. and Chamaelo Exploration Ltd. Mr. Zakresky has significant financial expertise. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1988 and his Chartered Accountant designation with Price Waterhouse Coopers LLP in 1990.
